Rebecca Sugar’s “Pug Davis”

Cover by Eric Powell
Adventure Time’s very own Rebecca Sugar, storyboard artist, has published her first comic book, Pug Davis. Rebecca’s a triple threat on the show - she writes, she draws, and she’s a musician (Marceline’s “Fry Song” is hers). But where Pug Davis, the comic, is light on the music, Pug Davis, the All-American hero, is heavy on fighting aliens. Oh. And he’s got both a pug’s head and a gay sidekick. If you don’t think those are the ingredients for an awesome comic book, just look at Rebecca’s work below. And then order yourself a copy.
