Andrea Breitman is a talented, off-beat artist. Her fascination lies in the daily functions and dysfunctions that she observes around her. Yhe artwork, which lies a little to the left, is her way of making light of the things that boggle her, both personally and generally.
Coney Island as we know it is will be gone soon. The real estate developers are closing in to do a 2 billion dollar makeover, turning it into a Six Flags-Las Vegas-Applebee’s-condo development. Basically, it’s going to suck. It’s a tragedy.
I went there this weekend with my camera to capture the old school Coney Island before it’s swept away by history. For those of you who’ve never been there, the amusement parks of Coney Island are the tackiest, weirdest, seediest, and greatest places on earth. An endless maze of bizarre games and rides.
I found there to be alot of mysterious cartoons, graphic design, and sculptures that I know the Frederator community would enjoy. Have a look:
made by the scientists at Zytronics
looks like a Jim Woodring painting, doesn’t it?
The hand was 3/D and you wrestled it!
Is she bleeding?
It’s like an awesome 80’s fantasy!
It’s “Alive”!
What kind of man are you?
Where does this stuff come from? Who made it, and when? What does it all mean? This is your last summer ever to see it all for yourself. Take one last trip to Coney Island, you won’t regret it.

Ben Balistreri is one amazingly talented guy! Currently he is the character design supervisor on Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends. He’s done work on Danny Phantom as well.
Ben Balistreri’s talent is alomst too hard to describe. He’s such an inspirational artist, his work is just incredible. I really look up to his work and it’s really great seeing such talented art from him.

Comedy Central and AtomFilms are looking for you! Your uploaded pilot might earn you $5,000 and maybe even your own development deal.”
Didn’t get the chance to sneak away to the amusement park this holiday weekend? Too much work piling up? Had a hangover? needed to rake that yard for Aunt Pepplefritz’s visit? Well worry no more! Maverick will make you feel alright and give you the thrill ride you’ve been Jonesin’ for! -Mike Milo
