Atten-hut! BLOG READERS READ THIS BLOG!
Meet Senor Swampy, militant scuba dive instructor extraordinaire and owner (director, manager, boat driver and fin cleaner) of Senor Swampy’s Scuba School. Thanks to the holy-cow-he’s-talented Alex Kirwan, Swampy’s look has morphed from a sweet, but angry duck, to well, just plain ANGRY.
P.S. We saw our animatic for the first time yesterday. MAN, it’s cool! Three cheers and a loud MOO to Yvette for her timing talents. We are frothing at the mouth…
Honey We’re Home!!
Bessie and Friends Come to Life!
Last week in LA we recorded the voice tract for Call Me Bessie! What a blast!! A big thanks goes out to Audrey Wasilewski (Bessie), Fred Stoller (Al), and Dee Bradley Baker (Senor Swampy, dolphins and turkey). These talented actors really brought our characters to life - in other words they NAILED ‘em! (From left to right in the photo above: Dana Galin, Yvette Kaplan (our fearless director), Fred Stoller, Audrey Wasilewski, Dee Bradley Baker, and Diane Kredensor.)
Next stop - ANIMATIC (that’s when our super duper production crew scans the storyboard and matches each panel with the voice tract so we can get a better feel for the timing and flow of the show).
Things are really MOOving now…
Goin’ diving!
Check out another great Alex Kirwan sketch - What’s funnier than a cow and an elephant in scuba suits?!
We had a fun week in L.A. and recorded the voices for our little show - stay tuned for some more art and photos of our fabulous actors!!
Call Me Bessie!
Now it’s time to meet the star of our show Miss Bessie Sams, the happiest cow on earth. While not the brightest candle on the cake, Bessie is a fast-talkin’ whirlwind of energy who loves life, everything and everyone. She’s a naïve innocent who’s easily distracted (so she tends to miss the details, big deal!). It just makes it that much easier not to sweat the small stuff & and she doesn’t!
Check out the latest Bessie turnarounds. Isn’t she cute?!!!!!!!
