What’s Black and Orange and Cool All Over?

Why the Black and Orange creative Halloween contest is! In my travels across the Internet I stumbled across this contest headed up by illustrator Penelope Dullaghan. The contest is open to any medium and any style, as long as the primary color palate is black and orange.
