Profile: Ila Abramson

Ila Abramson has been finding animators jobs for years. Recently I sat with her and asked her what she looks for, what her clients’ focus should be, and what her job as a recruiter is really like.
“I respect the work that animators can do. I can’t do it to save my life, but I think I have a really good eye for animation and design. So for me this is an artistic outlet, and I like helping people get work and realize their dreams in this fun industry.”
