If you’ve ever seen the 80’s tv show “GI Joe”, then you are probably familiar with the Public Service Announcements (PSAs) that used to come at the end of each episode.
A few years back Fensler Films took some of these PSAs, edited them a bit and put in new dialog. The results range from strange to hilarious.
After the huge internet success of these pieces, Cartoon Network commissioned Eric Fensler to do some Sealab 2021 TV spots for Adult Swim. The spots were similar to the look and feel of what he did with the GI Joe spots.

Heh, often I felt this was payback to the days I had to set through these stupid things on a Detroit station that liked playing the PSA’s as standalone deals during the WB post-1948 package!
