If only the film was animated all the way through, or didn't have Steve Martin in it (He is NOT funny, IMO. He just tries too hard to be funny.), I may of gone to see this cinemas. The 2D version is more entertaining simply because a lot more happens in it, plus the 3D Pink doesn't quite have the same charm. Close, not no cigar.

Well, All though the 2-D intro is better, the 3d one is telling a different "story", so it's not a fair comparison. If both animations had the same actions and movements, that would be a better comparison and have people really wonder which method of animation is best for the Pink Panther.

I think the best solution for that film would have been to scrap everything from when the animation stopped to when the credits rolled. I kind of like the 3D piece. I think the dimensionality of the Pink Panther (mostly how his surface is lit and material quality) is a bit much, but who knows what kind of direction and notes they were given by the studio?

OK! the 3d pánther just looks awfull It only tries to emulate the grace of the good-old hand drawn pink panther , by using fancy 3d effects.

I love the 2d sequense Its more funny and It looks like an old episode of the P.P show.
