La Chute De L’ange

I don’t get it, but I like it!
La Chute de L’ange is an interesting film, I believe it’s 3d but it almost looks like stop motion. It’s sort of odd in an appealing way but I think it has something to do with the circle of life but then I’m just a simple guy. Anyone want to weigh in on it?
