Pierre Adrien is the creator of this week’s featured Cartoon Hangover film, “Chair Amie”, a nightmarish take on the ‘morning after’. The film has incited extreme responses from CH viewers and understandably so - it is graphic, raw, surreal and frightening. Oh YEAH! What a great week here on tha Fred! I’ll have to keep this thing going with another Throwback. This week it’s none other than Alvin and the Chipmunks. How I loved this classic cartoon. I even dug it in the 80’s when they added the chippettes.

Ryan Sias has over 400 Silent Kimby cartoons and his main site showcases a bunch of his other illustration. He’s self published both black & white and color Kimbys on Lulu.com. His cartoons have appeared in Mad Magazine, Nickelodeon Magazine, Found Magazine, and the “Flight Anthology” for Image Comics. And that’s aside from his work on movies ranging from Robots to Bowling for Columbine.

A lot of you know Carlos Ramos as the creator of The X’s. Dedicated Frederator Studios watchers will also know Carlos as the creator of the
Oh Yeah! Cartoons shorts Twins Crimson, A Dog & His Boy, and the designer of ChalkZone.

While he was at Oh Yeah! he seemed to have a Mick Jagger fixation, cause he kept dropping me these sketches. Or maybe he was just trying to kiss the a– of his baby boomer boss.

Many of you probably know Tim Biskup as one of the great lowbrow artists of the decade.

Well, before his breakout in the art world, Tim created Freddy Seymore’s Amazing Life, a cartoon short at Frederator Studios and Nickelodeon. It features his trademark style and unique approach to character. Take this rare opportunity to get some insight on his early ambitions.
