Nearly as thrilled, I’m sure, will be the winner of this March’s Channel Frederator Cartoon of the Month - the very first one. The way it stands now, it’s a good bet it’ll be the folks at Blur with their uber-popular short, “Rockfish”. Of course, all could change.
