The Mammal Group: Devin Clark

The next member of the Mammal group I’ll introduce you to is Devin Clark. Actually, Devin is no stranger to the Frederator community. Two of his films have been featured on the Channel Frederator podcatst (his brilliant Comedy Central spots and his music video “Body Automatic”). He was also the director of the raunchy climax to our FredEx: The Secret Life of Robots animation jam.

Devin is known as a jack-of-all trades. He creates comic strips, animation, videos, info-graphics, web pages, etc. Hell, the guy even builds paper mache masks! And he is literally a carpenter who can fix anything in your house. But for Mammal Magazine, he’s a cartoonist extraordinaire.
These full-page illustrations are like windows into an ancient future of the mind. Devin’s always had a quasi-Aztec motif running through his work (which is probably due to his Mexican heritage). He is a joker and a prankster though, so there’s no need to get freaked by his demonic imagery… it’s a guarantee that he was laughing as he drew it.

Take a look at his site for more insanity, and don’t forget the Mammal Magazine blog for all of the Mammals’ work blended together into one healthy milkshake.
PS: This video that Devin made gives alot of insight into his mind:
