Congratulations, Caesar Martinez!

Next time you see Caesar Martinez (he’s now working on Sym-Bionic Titan), give him a big thumbs up for his brand new Daytime Emmy. Caesar earned it for his background design work on “Chimp Chomp Chumps.” The Daytime Emmys honor exceptional series, specials, animation, and achievement in televised programming that airs during the day. The awards ceremony will be held on Friday, June 25th in Los Angeles. (These four designs are some of Caesar’s stock designs, I should note. Click any for larger versions.) Congratulations, Caesar.
Congratulations, Steve Lambe!

Our favorite Canadian, Steve Lambe, has earned himself a Daytime Emmy for his design work on “The Janitor Strikes Back.” The episode featured the introduction of Yum Yum, Janitor Poopatine (poop!), and the Scrivener Elf. The Daytime Emmys honor exceptional series, specials, animation, and achievement in daytime TV. The awards ceremony will be held on Friday, June 25th, in L.A. Congratulations, Steve. It’s truly well-deserved.
