I learned very quickly about the animation pitching process that producers enjoy ideas that aren't too cluttered and a little more simpler, straightforward, and clear. Sometimes, my ideas tend to get lofty and a little too epic for their britches. Which is the case with this particular story. While, it might be an interesting story, I feel it is a little complex and has too many characters weaved in. I have some current ideas I plan on unveiling to Team Fred, which I think they might suit better as a solid short or two.
I learned a lot from the "fishbowl" pitch experience and I thought it would be nice to share it and the kernel of insight I received with you all.
