More FOP Daytime Emmy Nods

“Super Zero” Script

Will Schifrin and Ray DeLaurentis’s script for “Super Zero”

First Dave Thomas scores a juried Daytime Emmy for his storyboarding the episode “Dadbra-Cadabra.” Now Fairly OddParents gets a pair of nominations in the competitive categories, it was announced yesterday.

First, re-recording mixers Ray Leonard and Michael Beiriger earned a nomination in the category of Outstanding Achievement in Sound Mixing - Live Action and Animation. They’re up against the sound mixers on a couple of Cartoon Network shows, Mr. Men and Hot Wheels Battle Force 5. Congratulations and good luck, Ray and Michael.

In the Outstanding Writing in Animation category, a full eleven FOP writers are nominated for their work on the show:

“Dadbra-Cadabra” Storyboard

Hats off to Dave Thomas. He’s won - no, earned - a Daytime Emmy for his storyboard work on episode #315, “Dadbra-Cadabra.” The Daytime Emmys honor exceptional series, specials, animation, and achievement in TV airing during the daytime. The awards ceremony will be held on June 25th in L.A.
