Sorry about that.

We messed up on Friday’s post of Toonerville Trolley, but it should be all fine and dandy now. We’ll try not to mess up in the future. But, who knows?

awww, it wasn’t THAT messed up.
Hey, I got my copy of Toonerville Trolly eventually, thank you.
I was just afraid you did not know that the link was dead just then.
Now, about this Skipper/Powerful Katrinka relationship.
Is it a marrage of convenience, or love?
It seem that Powerful Katrinka would gleefuly and without question do absolutely anything the Skipper asked, but the Skipper doesn’t ever seem to appreciate her. All he does is yell at her.
If the Powerful Katrink were my wife, I would have a race car and she would help me win races. She could turn regular bridges into draw bridges & change rivers to flood my enemys & lift houses so I could take short cuts. We would have great fun together. I would take her to Oktober Fest every year and we would eat steak & lamb & butter until we could eat no more……….sigh.

Yeah, I’m with you. By the time he got animated, the Skipper came off more like Farmer Al Falfa in a hat, way too unappreciative to deserve The Powerful K. The funny papers are always reminding us that Katrinka is Skipper’s “housekeeper” (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) but whatever the details, she’s way too much woman for the old guy.
