Pixie Stuff
Ooo! Ooo! Another quick note about “To Spring.” Willian Hanna’s first directorial credit — makes it kind of a big deal!
I don’t what it was about the 1930’s, but apparently that was the golden era of elf/dwarf cartoons. There were lots to choose from. Hope we have grabbed some of your favorites.

Hello there.
At first a big praise to the ReFrederator-Crew!!! I really love those classical cartoons and it’s very nice to bring them back in our times!
My favourite cartoon on ReFrederator is “Joe Glow the firefly” (Number 10_1). Those light efects were pure eye candy and the little fly was animated with so many love, it’s staggering. The Firefly is really cute. I want more like that, if you got it
I also like those cartoons with Flip the frog. But only the old ones in black and white. The coloured Flip isn’t that great. So how about a Flip the Frog Week?
Now let’s talk about this Cartoon:
Elf’s and Dwarfs aren’t my thing, but I really like the tint and those floods of colour. The song by the “Winter” was also really cool.
Sorry, I don’t have to say more to this cartoon
But I’ll post more comments form now on!

This is one of my favorite non Fleischer cartoons. The colors are great, Old Man Winter and his song is great and the Spring melody is great. I particularly love the pipe organ effect at the end.
Towards the end of every winter my wife and I always say “Time for spring, I say!”.
Thanks for the cartoons.

By the way, that is an excellent print. Much better than the one I recorded from some cartoon show.
