More Annie Nominees
So yesterday I posted a bit about the great news of Frederator nailing five nominations for this year’s Annie Awards by highlighting the work of two nominees, Gary Conrad and Ernie Gilbert. Now, for the rest of the bunch.
First, executive producers Rob Renzetti and Fred Seibert are up for the Best Animated Television Production for Rob’s My Life as a Teenage Robot. On the Individual Achievement side are Bryan Arnett for his Robot character designs (it’s this CalArts grad’s first nomination) and Alex Kirwan for overall production design (Alex’s fourth Annie nomination - his previous three were for Oh Yeah!, Time Squad, and Teenage Robot). That’s Alex art above, with another right here:
And now, an example of Bryan’s work:
And another:
Thanks for your hard work, guys. And best of luck in February.

Sorry about the huge file sizes, folks. But if you’re one to click on the images, the wait to see this art nice and large is well worth the price of admission.

I think I remember seeing the one “fashion” episode…the color/design is amazing!
