That New Show Smell

Meet Our Production Team!

October 17th, 2005

Or at least…some of them!

We have been receiving requests to begin posting what actually goes on behind the scenes from the production end of Oh Yeah! Cartoons. I thought I would begin by introducing some of our key “Production Playas” in their most recent photo shoot.

Eric Cookmeyer, our incredibly hard working PA, has worked on American Dad, Dragon Tales, Jackie Chan Adventures, Max Steel, and Baby Looney Tunes to name a few. On Friday, he whipped out the quickest PDFs of color art work I have ever seen accomplished by one man in a single day.

MacGregor Middleton, our Production Coordinator has worked on The New Adventures of Batman, Superman, Justice League, and Batman Beyond. I recently found out that along with his excellent coordinating skills, Mac is a supreme golfer. Go figure!

Scott Mouro, Assistant to Larry Huber. Without Scott’s scheduling finesse, Larry would not know when to be at pitches, haircuts, or lunch meetings. Scott and I also sing “Holla Back Girl” every other other other Friday afternoon, which is quite fun (okay…we’ve only done it twice.). Scott’s previous gig was on MTV’s “Trippin”.

Jack Kinman, Production Manager, has been at Nickelodeon longer than most people are married now days (7 years!) He was a Production Assistant on Nick Flicks as well as Nickelodeon Studios Operations Coordinator for a few years. Most recently, he was the Production Coordinator on Danny Phantom.

Not pictured is our Line Producer, Therese Trujillo (I’m sure she’s very sad she didn’t make it into this photo!) Her past credits include Script Coordinator on Dragon Tales, Post Production Manager for Men in Black–The Series, and Line Producer on Jackie Chan Adventures. Now she’s a juggler of 39 Oh Yeah! shorts, and sleep may be a distant memory.

So this is the team, along with Eric Homan, myself, Larry Huber (Executive Producer), Kevin Kolde (Supervising Producer), and Claudia Spinelli (our Executive In Charge from Nickelodeon).

Go team! You guys rock. Thank you so much for all your good hard work.

Then there’s the little-known fifth “Production Playa”, Gummo.

You guys have been so amazing! Thank you for all your patience and hard work!

ok.. when you mean Production Playas..do you really mean Players? or Beaches, for those of us who are bi-lingual?..hhhmm.. spelling faux pas?

I mean “Beaches”, the Bette Midler movie.
