Hey Munsters Fans!!! Here’s a real boss shot from “Hot Rod Herman.” Grandpa and Herman at Lions Drag Strip in Long Beach, made up to be the Mockingbird Heights Drag Strip. Hot Rod Herman was released May 27, 1965. season 1, Episode 36. It was written by Joe Connelly and Bob Mosher, also of Leave it to Beaver fame. They’re a couple of my favorite television writers of all time. The enclosed photo features the Munster Koach and the Dragula. Both were build by George Barris of North Hollywood, Ca.
