I saw it at the World Premiere…It is an awesome movie. Not just animated…The story has heart. It isn’t just a thin story with gags and jokes like a lot of others. On my Blog I have a write up on the World Premiere at Lowe’s Motor Speedway.

I watched the behind the scenes thing on ABC the other night. I had no idea that the film was co-directed by the late Joe Ranft. I’ve been looking forward to this film ever since I saw the artwork for it in the Pixar gallery.

Thank God for John Lasseter and his team. I remember hearing a lot of negative responses to the teaser trailer. But when you get down to it, these guys are serious about their work. Careful how you judge Pixar. I have a very good feeling about CARS.
