Admirers and Supporters
During the last staff meeting, Fred asked those of us who were not “in house” anymore to blog about what we’ve been up to. Personally, I have been working on and pitching my new idea….oh…. and I’m also planning a wedding! What does this have to do with “Yaki and Yumi” you may ask? Mmmm…not much, except that us creators are also real people having real lives. I had a mentor once tell me “you can’t animate life unless you live it.” That is exactly what I try to do. Everyone I know, and everything I do influences what I create. Including my fiance. This is a picture from our “engagement shoot”. I think it perfectly represents us as a couple..me acting like a goober, and him looking at me like “she is such a silly girl, but I love her for it!” I had another mentor once tell me to “surround yourself with admirers and supporters”. This post is about thanking my fiance for being the best admirer and supporter I could ever hope for.
(by the way..the folks at Frederator have been HUGE supporters too..but I’ll be posting about that later..)

Thanks Sweetie. I am so proud of you and the wonderful and creative person that you are. I assure you that your gathering of admirers and supporters is quite large and diverse. I feel as though I could speak on the behalf of everyone who knows you by saying that you are a gifted and talented woman that truly affects the world in a positive way. I love you and I can’t wait for what’s next!!

Well as I read the responses, I see you have more than just a few admirers and supporters. By all means add my name to that lis! After all, I even go out of my way to eat Greek food!…..even though I am never able to get you on the phone to ask what to order! Tell me, are Yaki and Yumi going to delve into the world of Divine Greekness?
